Dr. Evren Ozkaya is the Founder & CEO of Supply Chain Wizard, LLC, a management & technology consulting firm helping Pharmaceutical companies establish and execute cost-effective serialization programs, as well as serving broader manufacturing industries with their supply chain strategy & optimization programs. Prior to Supply Chain Wizard, Dr. Ozkaya led a supply chain transformation program at Sandoz (a Novartis company) in North America as Director of Strategic Planning.

Aytac is the Vice President of EMEA and the Head of Berlin Office of Supply Chain Wizard. Locating at the heart of Europe, he is bringing his expertise in IoT & sensor systems to make SCW solutions even more smarter and more efficient. Aytac holds a Ph.D degree in Electronics from RWTH Aachen University in Germany and he received his Ms.C. from Georgia Institute of Technology in the US.Prior to Supply Chain Wizard, Aytac was responsible for Energy Efficiency projects of all multisite customers at E.ON Connecting Energies GmbH. Between 2014 and 2016, he established the Energy Efficiency project management at E.ON and led multiple implementations in Europe.

Zeynep is a Director in Quality Management at Supply Chain Wizard. She has 13 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry specifically in Quality Operations. She has experience in Serialisation, CMO Management, Quality and Change Management of Artworks, in addition to Quality Management. Prior joining to Supply Chain Wizard, Zeynep was Quality Head of Packaging operations of CMOs at F. Hoffman La-Roche Ltd, in Basel Switzerland, and Genentech, in San Francisco US.

Barry Witham is a Sr. Manager in Supply Chain Wizards Client Services group. He has over 15 years of Project Management / Project Quality Management experience in IT, Quality, Laboratory and Packaging areas of the pharmaceutical business on a local and global basis. Prior to Supply Chain Wizard, at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, he developed and executed a site strategy for implementation of Serialization systems throughout packaging and distribution and worked with a global team to implement worldwide. Also has implemented site level quality systems, quality processes, MES, LMS, Lab data systems.

Dr. Murat Saglam leads Supply Chain Wizard’s Digital Innovation which runs with the fuel of Data Science. Murat received his Masters and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Kumamoto University in Kyushu, Japan. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey. Prior to Supply Chain Wizard, Murat worked as a researcher at Bernstein Center for Computational Neuroscience and Department of Neurology at Ludwig Maximilians University, Munich, Germany. He worked on data intense projects to shed light on the functions of the human brain and on how it optimally solves problems.

Soma Chhotray works in Supply Chain Wizard as Project Manager, Client Services from Berlin office of SCW. She is leading complex projects involving core Serialization, CMO onboarding and IT connectivity aspects in Europe. Soma has got end to end experience in Serialization projects and has hands-on experience on multiple serialization software(L3/L4/L5). Soma holds a bachelor degree in Biotechnology and Masters in Technical Project Management and Business Administration from Halmstad University, Sweden. Prior to SCW, Soma worked from NNIT Germany as Advanced Consultant and before that for Accenture, India as a Consultant for Pharmaceutical clients only. Soma has 9 years of experience in IT world and almost 4.5 years only in Serialization projects in various roles.

Ugur is a senior manager in manufacturing systems in Supply Chain Wizard. He has 11 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Ugur has experiences in different departments of pharmaceutical production such as QC lab, dispensing, liquid and semisolid production and packaging. He spent over then 7 years with serialization systems including their installation and qualifications. Prior joining to Supply Chain Wizard, Ugur was packaging team leader in Sandoz Turkey.

Mia is a Program Manager for Client Services at Supply Chain Wizard. She leads a highly cross functional and international serialization project, helping one of Supply Chain Wizards clients on the path to success. Mia holds a Masters of Mathematics from the University of Cologne, Germany and is PMP accredited since 2011. Prior to Supply Chain Wizard, Mia worked as Project Manager and Consultant implementing SAP Banking Services for large financial institutions across North America and Europe.
